Senior Architect and Project Manager / GB Design and Construction / 2007 - Present

• Designed over 50+ multi-family residences, luxury homes, apartment complexes, commercial and industrial buildings.

• Managed 10+ community social projects including the building of hospitals, schools, public bus station from design, construction and launch process.

• Developed and built 12,000 to 60,000 sq/feet warehouses with offices for private and corporate clients, such as the Heineken Group for $2.5 million.

• Built office buildings financed by the World Bank with a budget of $2.3 million.

• Supervised the construction of the Money Museum for BRH, the Central Bank of Haiti, for $500k.

• Supervised and implemented the water distribution system in Cap Haitian for DINEPA, (the Haitian government’s entity that manages water treatment, distribution and waste management in Haiti), financed by IBD (Inter-American Development Bank) with a $5 million dollars budget.

• Competed for the reconstruction of the Haitian National Palace destroyed during the 2010 earthquake in partnership with the renowned Spanish firm Ingennus Urban Consulting and was selected among the top 5.

• Worked closely with multi-disciplinary teams and prepared detailed fee estimates for architect-engineering services.

• Met project deadlines without sacrificing build quality or workplace safety.

• Supervised and directed teams of over 100 workers on site

• Planned, designed and scheduled phases for small to large projects from $10k to $5 million.
